Chris Dargis Tours Manufacturing Business in Kane County
Schaumburg, IL – Today, 8th Congressional District candidate Chris Dargis toured Otto Manufacturing in Carpentersville.
Chris met with leadership and employees of the business, learning about the challenges they are facing as a result of Raja Krishnamoorthi’s policies coming out of Washington. Inflation due to government spending, a tight labor market, and lingering supply chain instability are making business more difficult for businesses like Otto Manufacturing, and Chris made clear his commitment to run it around as the next representative of the 8th District
Chris Dargis released the following statement: “We should be celebrating job creators, not villainizing and punishing them as Raja Krishnamoorthi’s policies have done. 40 year highs in inflation are reducing real wages for employees, and making it more difficult for our businesses to cover their costs. Washington DC has left us behind to advance their own political careers, and it’s past time for a change. We need to fire Raja Krishnamoorthi in November and send a problem solver to Congress.”
